About Med Sea Shipping

Inheriting a passion for the sea from his father, Issam Issa established Med Sea Shipping in 1984 under the business name Med Sea Shipping & Trading EST. The company began as a local shipping agency serving all Lebanese ports. In 1995, Med Sea Shipping expanded its operations with the acquisition of its first 3,000 DWT vessel. Today, we proudly own and operate a diverse fleet of vessels, catering to various maritime needs.

Over the years, our fleet has grown to include vessels such as:

• M/V PRINCE HANI (2003–2017)
• M/V NAJIB M (2005–2010)
• M/V MED WAVE (2007–2010)

In 2009, we further expanded by adding two bulk carriers:

• M/V MED LEVANT (2009–2012)
• M/V MED GREEN (2010–2013)

Additionally, we incorporated a general cargo vessel:

• M/V DANO (2013–present)

In 2015, to enhance our services, we established Med Sea Maritime Deniz Acenteligi Ltd., operating as a ship agency across all Turkish ports. This branch offers a comprehensive range of services, including supplies, bunkering, straits agency, sub-agency, protective agency, crew changes, shipyard services, underwater inspections, and more.

Embracing a new mission and vision in 2016, we focused on expanding our fleet, leading to the addition of the following vessels:

• M/V NEW LEVANT (2016-present)
• M/V NEW CHALLENGE (2016-present)
• M/V CINDY (2018-present)
• M/V NEW VICTORY (2019-present)
• M/V NEW LEGACY (2020-present)
